"To Sleep Perchance To Dream"
Most people spend about a third of their lives asleep. Yet they
seem content to remain ignorant of this wonderful mechanism
that allows us to visit the world of dreams.
In fact even today sleep remains something of a mystery.
Doctors and scientists have learned a lot about it, but many secrets
remain undiscovered. On these pages I'll give a brief introduction to sleep: both normal
and disturbed. I'll also discuss ways of getting a good night's
sleep.
