A body pillow is simply a large pillow, usually the same length as the average height adult. You can lay alongside or on top of this either in bed or when laying elsewhere such as on the couch. As with normal pillows the body variety come with numerous choices of filling from traditional natural fillings such as down to modern memory foam. In addition some body pillows are more than just a simple tube but include variations such as curved ends or contoured foam filling.
